NetChalets

NetChalets is a start-up ski accommodation site, connecting holiday makers to independent chalets. It has been planned, designed and built by Of Colour & Code.

Building something unique

The objective was to build a unique site with an individual brand. The Yeti character was created along with the core positioning that finding your perfect chalet shouldn’t be like looking for something mythical.

Process

Work began by sketching out the required functionality of the site with information flow charts to obtain the technical requirements for the build. Hundreds of wireframes were then drawn up to define the raw structure before moving onto the design stage.

Nearly the full site was prototyped before build started to ensure the brief for the technical team was as tight as possible.
